"Cold/Hot Pack Uses Use for: minor bumps, bruises, muscle aches, strains and sprains; tension headaches and toothaches; minor burns, scrapes, cuts and insect bites. Directions Cold Use: Store pack in freezer for at least 2 hours. Insert pack in the cover provided or wrap in a lightweight towel before use. Clean the injured area to help reduce swelling. Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable. Reapply in a few moments if comfortable. However, do not apply for longer than 20 minutes. After applying for 20 minutes, leave the injured area uncovered for 20 minutes before applying another cold pack. Hot Use: WARNING do not exceed recommended heating times. Overheating can cause pack to break and leak causing burns. Microwave Heating Instructions: (pack at room temperature). Caution heating in microwave ovens causes hot spots.
