"Cold/Hot Pack Uses Use for: minor bumps, bruises, muscle aches, strains and sprains; tension headaches and toothaches; minor burns, scrapes, cuts and insect bites. Directions Cold Use: Store pack in freezer for at least 2 hours. Insert pack in the cover provided or wrap in a lightweight towel before use. Clean the injured area to help reduce swelling. Remove pack if it becomes uncomfortable. Reapply in a few moments if comfortable. However, do not apply for longer than 20 minutes.
